About Us
At Brisbane Pet Motel, animal welfare, safety and professional care are our highest priorities. Pets staying with us are cared for by experienced staff in a secure and supervised environment. Staff are onsite 24 hours a day, supported by dedicated Kennel and Cattery Day Staff, with CCTV and monitoring systems operating throughout the facility.
Pet Industry Association of Australia membership reflects Brisbane Pet Motel’s commitment to professional industry standards. Our team holds qualifications across Veterinary Nursing, Dog Training, Grooming and Companion Animal Studies.
Facility inspections are welcome between 8am–10am and 2pm–4pm Monday to Saturday, excluding school holidays and public holidays.
Established in 1949, Brisbane Pet Motel has changed ownership only three times and operates on 2.5 acres at Boondall in Brisbane’s northern suburbs. Conveniently located on Sandgate Road, the facility offers easy access to both the airport and Brisbane CBD.
